Port Germein

Port Germein is located near the top of Spencer Gulf in South Australia. Located right on the sea front and nestled in the foothills of the Flinders ranges, panoramic views are the order of the day.

 Head Of Bight

The Head of Bight is located 78 kilometres west of Yalata and 20 kilometres to the east of Nullarbor Roadhouse. As a vantage point to view the Southern Right Whale the Head of Bight is impossible to beat. Between June and October of each year up to 100 Southern Right Whales frequent this area of the South Australian coastline to breed and give birth to whale calves.

Esperance - worth a second look!

As we travel home in an easterly direction, we are visiting some places for a second time. The photos below display many of the beautiful places and things to see in and around Esperance
( including my mate ' Sammy the sea lion! )

Cape Le Grand National Park

56 kms east of Esperance is Cape Le Grand National Park. At the National Park Ella, Lara and dad climbed Frenchman's Peak while mum and I went for a nature walk, spotting some early seasonal wildflowers.
